Pheoll Manufacturing—later Pheoll Fastening Systems—was once a leading Upper Midwest fastener distributor, known for exceptional customer service. The Schroer family helped shape that legacy for generations.
When Pheoll closed in March 2003, Schroer Bolt was created to rekindle that standard of service. We opened our doors in May 2003 with a commitment to preserve what customers valued most.

Al Schroer joins Pheoll as a truck driver and later rises to become company president.

Bob Schroer joins as an accountant, ultimately serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
